Many of you may be familiar with that old T.V. sitcom, Father Knows Best.

As Father’s Day approaches, I find myself thinking of the many ways my own father really did “know best.”

He passed his wisdom on to me – not with lectures, scoldings, or unsolicited advice, but rather, simply by the way he walked in this world, by the way he modeled how to live a good life – taking time to be, to pray, to reflect, to find the good in those you meet, and to find God in all things.

Thanks, Dad!
